The day kicked off at 8.30 am with face painting in the ICT suite. Thank you to Tracey, Mrs Walling, Mrs Nicks and Mr Garvey for doing such a good job.
Everyone looked great in their mufti – much of which was Children in Need or Pudsey themed…
In the afternoon, Pudsey Bear himself came into school to visit us and to thank us for all we’d done. We were so excited to see him and were really impressed by his dabbing!

The School Council would like to say a BIG well done to the pupils that auditioned today for the Talent Show. You were all very brave and we were impressed by your acts.
We are really looking forward to seeing more auditions next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes. Good luck!

This year, Children in Need will take place on Friday 18th November. As always, School Council are supporting this very worthwhile cause and will be organising and helping out at a range of exciting events happening on the day.

Last half term, the School Council decided to support the Boxes of Hope Charity who collect shoe boxes full of Christmas gifts and deliver them to children in Eastern Europe.
We were delighted by the support we received from the families at Ellel! Over 70 boxes were donated and will bring real happiness and joy to children less fortunate than ourselves this Christmas.
Thank you very much to all those who supported this really worthwhile cause.
